DMCA and Copyright
Effective date: March 18, 2026
Block Games respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to copyright complaints in good faith. If you believe material available on this site infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated contact.
How to Submit a Notice
To help us review your request efficiently, your notice should include enough information for us to identify the claimed work, locate the allegedly infringing material on the site, and contact you about the request.
- your name and contact information;
- a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- the exact URL or other information identifying the material at issue;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, where required by applicable law.
Where to Send Notices
Send copyright complaints to contact@block-games.org. Include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line when possible.
Our Response
After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may review the request and remove, disable, or limit access to the material in question when appropriate. We may also contact the reporting party for additional information if the notice is incomplete.
Counter Notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may contact us with a counter notice containing enough information for us to evaluate the request and, where applicable, forward it to the complaining party.
Repeat Infringement and Embedded Content
We may remove listings, links, or embedded content from providers that repeatedly raise unresolved rights concerns. Because Block Games may reference third-party games and websites, some complaints may require us to disable access while we review provider status or permissions.
